Fraser (Platinum) – $5,000
This is our highest level of sponsorship, offering maximum visibility and engagement. As a Fraser (Platinum) Sponsor, your organization will receive:
● Prominent branding as a top-tier sponsor on the conference website, program, and signage.
● The exclusive opportunity to sponsor a plenary session or poster session/reception, including verbal recognition during the event.
● A speaking opportunity for a representative to deliver a brief welcome or introductory remark.
● Opportunity to display a banner in a high-traffic area of the conference venue.
● Two full conference registrations and a dedicated exhibit booth.
● Inclusion of your promotional materials in all conference bags.
Noble (Gold) – $2,500
Showcase your commitment to research by sponsoring a specific event. As Noble (Gold) Sponsor, you’ll receive:
● Exclusive recognition as the sponsor of a conference field trip.
● Prominent placement of your logo on the conference website, program, and signage.
● One full conference registration and a dedicated exhibit booth.
● Inclusion of a flyer or small item in the conference bags.
Balsam (Silver) – $1,000
Support the conference as a whole and receive valuable recognition. A Balsam (Silver) Sponsorship includes:
● Recognition as a Balsam (Silver) Sponsor on the conference website, program, and signage.
● One single-day conference registration.
Trojan (Bronze) – $500
Demonstrate your support for our community. As a Trojan (Bronze) sponsor, your organization will be named as a “Friend of CTRE” in the conference program and on the website.

Important Information for ALL Sponsorship Levels
● All logos must be high resolution for website and print (EPS) and provided within two weeks of any signed sponsorship agreement. Logos will be sized and placed accordingly based on sponsorship level depending on use.
● It may take up to five business days to upload material onto the conference website.
● Recognition in any promotional material, per sponsorship package, is subject to pre-determined deadlines.
