Registration

During the registration process,  you will need to:

  1. Register at this link.
  2. Select registration by clicking the green “Add to Cart” button.
    • Early bird registration is $600 (on or before April 15, 2026)
    • Regular registration is $700 (after April 15, 2026)
    • Registration ends May 8, 2026
  3. If you are attending the A GIFT SEED portion:
    • under Additional Cart Items: add GS1.A GIFT SEED registration ($50)
  4. Add your accommodations selection (A1-A6). Breakfasts are included with your overnight accommodations.
    • Local participants: if you will not be staying at the hotel, please skip this step.
      • A1. Accommodations – CTRE only; single occupancy ($800)
      • A2. Accommodations – CTRE only; double occupancy ($400)
        • select this option if you will have a roommate – you can identify someone if you have already pre-arranged or we can assign you a roommate
      • A3. Accommodations – CTRE only; double occupancy – guest ($400)
        • select this option if you will have a guest joining who is not attending the conference
      • A4. Accommodations – A GIFT SEED + CTRE; single occupancy ($1000)
      • A5. Accommodations – A GIFT SEED + CTRE; double occupancy ($500)
        • select this option if you will have a roommate – you can identify someone if you have already pre-arranged or we can assign you a roommate (must also be attending A GIFT SEED portion of meeting)
      • A6. Accommodations – A GIFT SEED + CTRE; double occupancy – guest ($500)
        • select this option if you will have a guest joining who is not attending the conference 
  5. Optional: Roundtrip airport shuttle between Charlotte International Airport and Meadowbrook Inn ($250 roundtrip)
    • pick-ups at Charlotte International Airport on Saturday, June 6 (A GIFT SEED) and Sunday, June 7
    • drop-off on Friday, June 12
  6. Optional: Guest meals and field trips
    • VC1. Guest meals – CTRE ($225)
    • VC2. Guest meals and field trip – CTRE only ($600)
    • VGC1. Guest meals – A GIFT SEED and CTRE ($250)
    • VGC2. Guest meals and field trip – A GIFT SEED and CTRE ($625)
