Driptorch Digest, Volume 6

A bit delayed in sharing this via the blog, but the sixth edition of the Driptorch Digest was released a few weeks ago, and the topics are still pertinent.

Topics for this edition include Summer Safety Tips, roll-out of the new Shortleaf Implementation Plan, Tips on Providing Prescribed Fire Training to Volunteer Fire Departments, fire related updates from Longleaf Implementation Teams and other partners, new research, a success story from Louisiana, recent news headlines from around the region, Prescribed Fire Lessons Learned– Escape Prescribed Fire Reviews and Near Miss Incidents,
resources, upcoming events and much more.

Although the content is tailored to those participating in the Work Group, much of it may be of interest to others working in land management and collaborative restoration, particularly those utilizing prescribed fire within fire-adapted systems.
