Abstract submission opens November 1, 2024
Abstract submission deadline January 7, 2025
Abstract acceptance notification February 14, 2025

If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa for travel to the United States, please contact Janice Sitzes at jdsitzes@ncsu.edu once you have submitted your abstract.

You may submit up to three (3) abstracts; all abstracts must be submitted at the same time.

You will need to create a Brickyard account to log in and complete your submission.

At the time of submission, be prepared to provide the following for each abstract:

Presenting author first name
Presenting author last name
Presenting author email
Presenting author affiliation
Presenting author country
Presenter status (e.g., student, postdoc, professor, industry, government)
Presentation format preference (oral, poster)
Contributed session
Title (25 word maximum)
Abstract (250 word maximum)
Keywords (3-5 keywords)
Upload a one-page abstract in PDF format, including the title, all authors (names and affiliations), abstract, keywords, and others if needed.

On the abstract submission page, click on the green Submit Abstract button.
Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.

When you have finished answering the questions and uploading your abstract pdf, click the green Submit button.
Be sure to click on

I have read and agree to the cancellation/refund policies
Click on the green Proceed to Order Summary button.
