Discussion will highlight the role of pre-existing relationships, common institutional affiliations, and structures of network governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Presenter:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Branda Nowell, Ph.D., Community Psychologist and a Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at North Carolina State University.
