Aneika Dickens is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration, at NC State, with a focus on performance management for human and social service agencies. With an interest in Mixed Service Delivery, she works on understanding relationships and service capacities that lead to program goals and outcomes. Her current research interests are in child care subsidies, workforce development, and community engagement.
